Mohammed Sadiq. V

Sadiq is a dedicated fitness and development trainer with a specialized focus on inclusive physical education for both neurodivergent and neurotypical children. With a strong foundation in kinesiology, motor learning, and child development, he designs programs aimed at enhancing both fine motor skills—such as hand-eye coordination, writing, and grasping—and gross motor skills, including balance, running, and jumping. His approach supports overall physical and cognitive growth.

For neurodivergent children, Sadiq integrates sensory integration techniques, proprioceptive exercises to improve body awareness, and structured routines that enhance focus, self-regulation, and motor control. Activities like obstacle courses, resistance movements, and deep-pressure exercises are thoughtfully incorporated to promote better sensory processing and functional movement.

For neurotypical children, his dynamic training programs focus on building strength, flexibility, endurance, and coordination, while fostering teamwork and social interaction. Using evidence-based methods rooted in kinesiology, Sadiq emphasizes functional movement patterns and postural control to support holistic development.

Certified in adaptive physical education, Sadiq is passionate about helping children develop confidence, self-regulation, and a lifelong love for movement and physical activity.

In addition to his work as an educator, Sadiq is an accomplished cricketer with over a decade of professional experience. His career highlights include representing the Karnataka State Cricket Association (KSCA) across various age categories. He has also served as a net bowler for prestigious Indian Premier League (IPL) teams such as Chennai Super Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, and Kolkata Knight Riders.

Combining his expertise in physical education and his achievements in cricket, Sadiq brings a unique, holistic approach to fitness and child development, fostering both physical and mental growth in every individual he works with.
