Henny is a qualified Nursery School Teacher trained in CACHE level 3. She has worked in several schools in London from 2012. She has also worked as a private tutor and taught English as a second language. Henny has supported the children through their academic work at school and exams and inspires their learning journey with stories, games and creative outputs so that they can learn to gain confidence in expressing themselves freely.
Henny’s degree (History of Art) and interest in the Arts (Art World, Acting and Writing) have a strong influence on her teaching methods as she likes to merge academia with creativity.
Henny is very passionate about Education and she believes that learning should be fun and inspiring and that each child should be fully supported and nurtured so that they can become the best they can be. She spends her free time reading about education and she is hugely inspired by Sir Ken Robinson and Rudolph Steiner.
If Henny is not working with children, she is writing stories for children or reading children stories. Henny firmly believes that learning is not just for the classroom but can be found in everyday happenings.
