The System for Alternative Schooling and Education is founded on love for children, a passion for meaningful education, and a futuristic educational philosophy of Post-humanism.
We are a system that believes every child has immeasurable potential and is a unique possibility of its own. We believe in the power of education to transform the world into a better place, and the children are the bringers of that transformation. We believe in education that is holistic and nourishing, and such education should be flexible, open, and must render autonomy to the learners and parents.
We work towards reclaiming the meaningfulness in education. We believe education must meet the child. And it must meet the whole child.
We are inspired by the Post-humanist Education philosophy and the works of J Krishnamurti , Maria Montessori, Reggio Emilia and Rudolf Steiner. Our programs are inquiry and play based with a High School and Senior School offering academically rigorous IGCSE, NWAC and CBSE. Cutting edge research insights from the leading educational science institutions across the world will support the innovation in all the programs.
Our approach to education departs from the traditional methods in a multidimensional way offering freedom to the learner and autonomy to their parents to choose their preferred method of education. Hence, all our programs are offered in different formats ranging from homeschooling, blended schooling, open schooling, online schooling, alternative schooling, bridge course, special needs education, and afterschool therapies.
Located in Banaswadi, a tranquil yet middle of the city location, we are a growing community of well-meaning educators and committed parents. The school has two proposed extended field campuses- an Ocean campus in Thulushdoo, Maldives, and a Forest Campus in the Western Ghats.
